Providing PPE in our communities
September 1, 2020
As COVID-19 continues, keeping our communities safe remains a top priority for Kiewit. To combat the spread of COVID-19, several Kiewit teams have made donations in their local communities.
In Kansas City, engineering and consulting services team members donated hundreds of masks to Children’s Mercy Kansas City, and Kiewit’s water team donated children’s mask to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City.
In New Jersey, Kiewit’s local office donated $10,000 to Valley Health System’s The Valley Hospital Foundation to assist in COVID-19 response. Employees also pitched in with personal contributions. In Texas, Kiewit Offshore Services, Ltd., donated 2,500 Tyvek suits and 500 N-95 masks to Driscoll Children’s Hospital.
