TD Ameritrade Headquarters

The TD Ameritrade Headquarters project consists of a 535,000 SF office building with a 760-stall, two-story parking garage. The building consists of a 12-story office tower connected to a two-story, 600 SF pavilion with underground parking on the basement level. The project achieved LEED Platinum Certification.

The project was completed on a fast-track schedule; Kiewit was already five months into the project by the time the final design was available. Kiewit’s team worked closely with the architect and TD Ameritrade throughout the design process, and positively impacted the design with value engineering proposals and suggestions to improve constructibility. Over the course of the project, Kiewit was able to produce over $7 million in savings for TD Ameritrade through value engineering, effective cost control, and contingency management. Because Kiewit was able to fully meet the schedule goals of the owner, TD Ameritrade employees began moving into the facility nearly a month ahead of schedule.
