Kiewit, in partnership with its key subcontractors, is providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to support the City of Houston (Houston Public Works) in expanding and modernizing the aging East Water Purification Plant (EWPP). The enhancement project will strengthen long-term water supply capacity, improve system resilience, and help ensure reliable drinking water for the city.
