University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Kiewit Hall
Kiewit Hall is home to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s construction management programs and engineering and construction students. The building features 182,080 square feet of innovative learning spaces, including classrooms, instructional labs and academic student services, as well as an outdoor plaza. This premier facility is part of a multiphase expansion of the university’s College of Engineering facilities.

Metro Community College (MCC) Fort Omaha Campus Expansion
This 242,000-square-foot project consisted of four buildings: a Construction Education Center (CEC), a Center for Advanced and Emerging Technologies (CAET), an Academic Skills Center (ASC), and Central Utility Plant (CUP) with associated site distribution.

Kiewit Luminarium
The Kiewit Luminarium fuses rural and urban vernaculars to craft a place for a hands-on STEM learning environment on Omaha’s riverfront. The space, and the building itself, is thought of as a “container.” The structure is simple, flexible, adaptable – everything on the interior is left exposed — making the building itself the largest STEM exhibit.
