The Hixson-Lied Science Center is a 150,000-square-foot center intended to be Creighton University's main entrance on the north side of campus. The center includes faculty and staff offices and classrooms for the schools of medicine, pharmacy and nursing, and the undergraduate departments of chemistry, biology, physics, environmental science and atmospheric science.
Completed at a total cost of $27 million, this 120,000-square-foot, three-story building has a strong presence on the University of Nebraska at Omaha campus. Mammel Hall includes administrative and faculty areas, classrooms and public spaces.
This project consisted of renovating an existing 26,000 sq. ft., two-story building located in the heart of Omaha at 72nd and Dodge, which included a complete renovation of the interior space, all new mechanical and electrical systems, a new skin, an exterior media screen and a resurfaced parking lot.

The School of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences Facility (SFOS) at Lena Point is an $18 million, three-story, 30,000-square-foot educational research facility that provides needed classrooms, laboratories, and faculty and student offices for the university in remote southeast Alaska near Juneau.
The $10.8 million renovation of Arnett Hall was the first step in renovating all of the buildings in the University of Colorado Boulder’s Kittredge Complex. The 56,000-square-foot, 210-bed student resident hall features one-, two, and three-bedroom suites as well as offices, common areas, lounges, laundry rooms and storage spaces. Each residence hall also includes academic classrooms and study areas.
The University of Nebraska at Omaha Scott Court Complex provides rooms for 476 students in four, three-story apartment style residence halls. A typical unit includes a full kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common living area. Laundry facilities, common areas and an exercise room are included in each building.
University of Denver's Asbury Green student housing facility was the first LEED® certified multi-family housing project in Colorado. The 354 bed, four-level, wood-framed residence includes 171 units, with floor plans ranging from studio to four-bedroom apartments. Student common areas include a fitness studio, laundry facilities, and an interior courtyard featuring a fire pit and water feature. The facility also features a two-level, 257-stall underground parking structure.
Constructed in a tight area next to a major corridor on the Clarkson College campus, this fast-track project was completed in 11 months. The fully furnished suites have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and voice, data and cable access. Laundry facilities and a storm shelter are located on the lower level.
Hastings College Morrison Reeves Science Building is a LEED® Silver certified, 55,000-square-foot facility used for science teaching and research. Building features include a large atrium area with a student lounge, laboratories, research areas, classrooms and offices.
The renovation of the Kittredge Complex included a complete interior renovation of four student residence halls constructed nearly 50 years earlier. The residence halls feature one-, two- and three-bedroom suites and include offices, classrooms, common areas, lounges, laundry rooms and storage spaces.
