DRAPER LIGHT RAIL EXTENSION - Draper, Utah
The $97 million Draper Light Rail Extension extends from the end of the existing North-South TRAX Line in Sandy, Utah southeast to the vicinity of the city hall in Draper, Utah. The project consists of 3.7 miles of ballasted double track and three stations with park and ride lots.
The Draper Light Rail Extension encompasses the area from about 1000 South in Sandy to 12500 South in Draper and from I-15 on the west to East Bench along the mountains. The project consists of the “Baseline,” which is the Mid-Jordan LRT line to the end of line in Kennecott Daybreak Development with several options.
