Belridge Producing Complex

McKittrick, California

Kiewit subsidiary, TIC, has been performing maintenance and major capital projects at the Belridge Producing Complex since 2001. The 80,000 barrel of oil equivalent per day complex is a very large, concentrated, interdependent system consisting of thousands of wells, extensive network of pipelines and power lines, ten oil and water treating plants, 100 steam generators, two cogeneration plants and one gas processing plant.

Along with maintenance work orders, TIC has completed major capital projects including construction of a 250 horsepower light oil pump station, a 350,000 barrel per day water treatment plant and an upgrade to the handling and storage capacity of the gas plant from 55 to 85 million standard cubic feet per day.

In addition to Belridge, TIC has served as a primary construction contractor at many of Aera’s largest oil producing leases including Ventura, Lost Hills, Brea and Huntington Beach. An average of 200 employees are engaged at these various locations daily. TIC planned and scheduled construction and maintenance activities for all service providers on-site and for gas plant turnarounds.
