The Nebraska Crossing Outlet project redeveloped the 350,000 square foot open air retail shopping center, situated on 31 acres in Gretna, NE. The project consisted of removing the previous 218,588 square foot facility and replacing it with 11 buildings ranging from 18,000 square foot to 64,000 square foot and a 1,700 stall parking lot. There are approximately 78 tenant bays categorically placed based on retail classification. Nebraska Crossing Outlets also includes a center courtyard and additional public spaces.
Tenaska’s new 96,144-square-feet, Class A corporate headquarters sits on slightly more than 5 acres. The building incorporates sustainable features and practices, including a green design that uses natural light. Amenities include open work and collaboration spaces, a café with catering services for meetings, a fitness area, limited number of private offices, a 20,000 square-foot open state-of-the art trading floor, 5 level MEP Penthouse, electric car charging stalls, 305 stall paved parking lot and an outdoor patio with access to walking trails and adjacent green space.
The $5 million petfood facility concept was formulated by the design team from T.E. lbberson Company (Ibberson) and the engineers from the Country Foods Division of Agway. The concept was then turned over to Ibberson's engineers and construction personnel who carefully worked through all stages of engineering, construction and start-up.
The Aksarben Village Gordmans is a new 3 story mixed use building that was built on Aksarben Village Zone 8. The building is 113,000 square-foot with two levels of office space and one level retail and restaurants. Gordmans currently occupies all of level three and 75% of level two.
The Canopy Street Hyatt Place project consists of the construction of a seven-story, 140,000 square-foot mixed use facility called the Canopy Street Hotel / Mixed Use Building. The building will include a Hyatt Place Hotel, high-end luxury condominiums, and shell space for future retail use.
The UNO Community Arena consists of a 219,249 square foot sports and recreation facility. The arena serves over 7,500 people for hockey events, and 8,000 for basketball and volleyball events. Other uses of the facility will include graduations, community recreation, athletic competition, and entertainment events such as concerts and the circus.
The project consisted of a 15,000 square-foot Tenant Improvement at the Village Pointe Medical Center. The Ambulatory Surgery Center houses four new operating rooms and two procedure rooms serving patients in the areas of pain management, plastics, ear, nose & throat, allergy, gastrointestinal and general surgery.
