Kiewit subsidiary, TIC, performed mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation work at an existing 28,000-ton-per-day molybdenum mine that was brought back into production.

Scope included demolition of existing structures, refurbishment of the primary and secondary crushing facilities, construction of new facilities involving a new mill and concentrator, ore storage and material handling systems and a main substation. New process facilities included a grinding building with semi-autogenous and a ball mill for primary grinding, flotation, reagent storage, pebble crusher, warehouse and laboratory.
