The project consisted of building a 5,920 square foot FEMA rated shelter addition adjacent to PayPal's existing building. The shelter space was designed to withstand two concurrent F4 tornados while occupying up to 1,000 employees in the event of a severe weather event.
The Woodhouse renovations project involved the renovation and addition of multiple spaces at an auto dealership. The project included adding 3,500 square feet of showroom space, a 1,250 square foot parts receiving area and renovating a 40,000 square foot show room/office facility.
The 9400 Dodge project included the renovation of core and shell components of a three-story office building and three separate tenant fit outs. Core and shell improvements included the removal and replacement of all existing finishes, restroom upgrades and renovation of the main entryway.
