Woodhouse Mazda/Porsche

The Woodhouse auto dealership project consisted of building a new 6,000 square foot building which integrated the Mazda branding and theme and renovating an existing 39,960-square-foot building. The exterior of the building is covered with silver and black metal panels along with a curtain wall system which displays a new Mazda car on an overhead car lift. Since completing the new building, Kiewit has completely remodeled their existing showroom, general office space and Service Drive. The individual project components included constructing 2,786 square feet of new showroom space; adding a 1,250-square-foot new parts receiving area; and adding a 1,680-square-foot Porsche addition.
