Arnett Hall - Boulder, Colo.
The $10.8 million renovation of Arnett Hall was the first step in renovating all of the buildings in the University of Colorado Boulder’s Kittredge Complex. The 56,000-square, 210-bed student resident hall features one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites as well as offices, common areas, lounges, laundry rooms and storage spaces. Each residence hall includes academic classrooms, along with study areas.
The renovation and renovations on additional halls promote a living and learning environment by allowing students to reside at a residence hall where classes are held. The project was delivered on time, assisting the University of Colorado Boulder's enrollment processing for that year. The Arnett Hall renovation is part of the university’s goal of encouraging upperclassmen to remain on campus.
