For more than 55 years, the Southern California District has been a leader in heavy construction. Headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, we perform work from the lower half of California and Nevada to the U.S/Mexico border. We also complete work in parts of northern California, the southwestern United States and Hawaii.

Our primary construction markets are transportation, water resources and power generation. Our projects include bridges, railroads, subways, airports, canals, water treatment facilities, water reservoirs, pumping stations, power plants, and other heavy civil projects.

Kiewit’s organizational structure allows us to compete locally and regionally on projects ranging from one million to hundreds of millions of dollars. With extensive resources that include talented people, in-depth market knowledge, state-of-the-art equipment and unparalleled experience, the Southern California District is uniquely qualified to handle any size project.

The Southern California District conducts its operations primarily through Kiewit Pacific Co., a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation.
