The University of Nebraska Federal Credit Union project included demolition of the existing building, site improvements, foundation and basement construction and the construction of a two-story, steel-framed building with brick and metal panel veneer skin.

The Woodhouse Nissan facility houses a two-story, 35,000 square foot auto dealership. The new facility contains space for sales, service reception, service center, technician’s lounge, parts storage, administration and additional support areas.
The Woodhouse auto dealership project consisted of building a new 6,000 square foot building. The individual project components included construction of 2,786 square feet of new showroom area, adding a 1,250 square feet new parts receiving area and adding a 1,680 square feet new Porsche addition.
The BlueCross Centre is a 316,000 square foot 10-story building with an adjacent three-story parking garage. The garage contains 1,195 parking stalls and consists of poured foundations, shear walls and ramps, precast columns, precast tees (post topped) and architectural spandrels.
