Kiewit Engineering Co. (KECo) is the "engineering company" of Kiewit. KECo provides four separate services – Estimating, Design, Geotechnical, and Construction. KECo's key specialties covers all bases in terms of contract review, technical support, personnel training, design accommodation, change orders, scheduling and engineering analysis.

As an in-house entity, KECo serves Kiewit districts, joint venture partners, owners and engineers, supporting management and supervision at all levels. In addition to its engineering and technical services, KECo also provides job cost projections and audits, constructability studies, research services for methods, costs and construction techniques, and alternate design estimates. KECo also integrates its services to assist in pre-bid and post-bid problem-solving.
