Jobs Done Well

The Construction Services group of Kiewit Engineering Co. performs the important organizational tasks of project support and start-up assistance through the disciplines of project scheduling, contract administration and method analysis. Baseline scheduling is paramount to the organization of Kiewit's largest projects, along with updating the critical path schedule. Contract administration identifies contract risks and establishes procedures for mitigating those risks. Method analysis interfaces with field project management personnel to assist in operation studies and documentation. Additionally, Construction Services assists with change order pricing and cost projections, auditing project contract administration plans and identifying and assisting with the implementation of changes. Construction Services provides training to Kiewit's district operations, giving those districts the tools they need to perform important administrative tasks on their projects.
