Executive Involvement
Kiewit staffs each project with seasoned managers, the majority of whom began their careers with the company. Executives frequently visit project sites to conduct periodic reviews of progress against targets, objectives and the plans. During the life-cycle of the project, executives will meet with the owner to review the project's statusand ensure that Kiewit fulfills the client's goals.

We break each component of a project into small, highly manageable pieces that are then overseen by a team of qualified individuals to ensure execution of a cohesive plan. Each task is fully described in a complete work plan, and plans are continually reviewedand updated as the project progresses.

This is accomplished by co-locating designers and builders, assigning a full-time design coordinator, and developing integrated task force teams.
