Kiewit Energy Canada

Assistant Business Manager

Assistant Business Manager Job Overview

"I came to Kiewit and started out as a junior business manager on a SAGD project. Coming from a big 4 public accounting firm and auditing major oil and gas companies, I was able to see the practical and hands on side of oil, gas, and construction. The experience I got on that project and in what I’m currently doing is great and compliments my prior experience. Our business team was managing over $10 million in the weekly operation accounting cycle. Currently I am a Business Manager at the district office managing two Front End Engineering Design (FEED) jobs which are going great. There is so much to learn at Kiewit and I am learning something new every day. This is possible as Kiewit is diversified in all areas of construction from underground tunnels to water resources and offshore oil platforms. Kiewit is a place where if you work hard you will be rewarded for it."-F.K.
