The Trump International Hotel is a 350-foot tower with approximately 460 luxury hotel condominium units ranging from approximately 500 to 3,000 square feet. The 38-story building consists of approximately 775,000 gross square feet and has four stories of parking and 6,500 square feet of dining and retail space.
The Alyeska Resort featuring The Hotel Alyeska provides first-class, year-round accommodations for tourists from around the world. Japanese-owned Seibu Alaska, Inc. selected Kiewit Construction Company, a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, to upgrade the existing resort from a local ski hill to a world-class destination.
The Hilton Hotel Expansion and Renovation project included the new construction of a six-story, 150 guest room tower located above the existing parking structure. This expansion accommodates larger groups, special events and provides additional availability for leisure and business guests.
