Aksarben Village is a 76-acre mixed-use development, which includes offices, state-of-the-art research technology facilities as well as retail, residential, recreation and entertainment facilities.
Kiewit Building Group managed the pre-construction services related to the civil and infrastructure work for the Aksarben Village development. Services covered the traditional construction operations, as well as monitoring and tracking of quality, cost, and schedule issues.
Kiewit provided management services, such as assuring uninterrupted utilities, access to individual zones for developers, unencumbered access for police, fire protection, EMS and security protection for completed and operating facilities and protection of completed streets.
