Self-perform work is one facet of the construction business where we firmly believe in continuing the tradition of a time-honored practice. Although we have national project management expertise, we are also true to our general contracting heritage and maintain the ability to self-perform many scopes of building work. This affords us the unique opportunity of: direct control of the field crews; to manage the schedule; provide a flexible response to scope changes; and control the building systems that would ordinarily be subcontracted to others.
