Facility Startup and Commissioning

Our commissioning services use the expertise of Kiewit’s experienced commissioning engineers and Qualified Commissioning Process Providers to not only ensure individual facility systems are installed and operate properly, but also to ensure that in combination, these systems operate as efficiently as possible. Our hands-on approach to defining your requirements and priorities begins in the Preconstruction phase and continues through construction. This will give you an added level of assurance that your new facility will function as engineered from day one for both traditional projects and LEED-certified projects.

Enhanced Project Closeout

Construction is nearing completion on your building and you are ready to move in and occupy the space. This does not mean our job is finished; rather we are preparing to move into the next phase of our relationship. Our project closeout processes and products are designed to complement today’s sophisticated construction methods and facility systems. Before you move into your new building, we are committed to ensuring you are in the best position possible to take ownership of your new investment including customized, electronic reference tools and database driven preventive maintenance schedules.

Warranty Management

Our commitment to you doesn’t end at your ribbon cutting. During your warranty period, our Warranty Management team is here, not only to resolve warranty issues, but to proactively monitor all facility systems and ensure they are working properly. Your commissioning engineer will be diligent in making monthly visits to your facility throughout the year-long warranty period. We will make sure all systems are running optimally and to promptly address all warranty issues. With Kiewit’s Warranty Management, you will have a name you can trust to help you through the warranty period.
