Facility Preventive Maintenance

Whether using your facility management software system or our own myFacilitySource website, we can proactively help you maintain your facility through solid and prescriptive preventive maintenance. Deferred maintenance costs can consume a capital budget and a consistent focus on PM from day one of ownership is vital. Our teams can assist in your PM needs in a variety of ways, including sole sourced preventive maintenance, management of maintenance and service contracts, or supplementary PM services to your in-house maintenance team.

Energy Auditing & Energy STAR

Energy costs are a becoming a larger and larger aspect of a building owner’s budget. Regular monitoring of energy utilization compared to similar building types in your region is an important way to benchmark and determine your target consumption range. Our teams are experienced in energy auditing practices as well as working with your facilities team to identify energy conservation measures (ECMs) that will have the greatest return on investment. We feel energy consumption monitoring is so important, that we register every construction project we build with the EPA’s Energy STAR program at the end of the warranty period for no charge.

Facility Assessment

Whether you’re considering the purchase of a new facility, sale of an existing facility, or just want to get a handle on next year’s maintenance budget, our team can provide facility assessments on a variety of levels. Our assessments are based on ASHRAE recommended facility survey processes and we can offer all three survey levels depending on your need. Our reports can also include varying degrees of information depending on your needs; associated cost estimates, schedules, and vendor solicitation can all be included at your request.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging capabilities are now well-suited for the built environment and we have Certified Thermographers on staff to meet your imaging needs. Thermal imaging can be used for troubleshooting water and air infiltration, building envelope commissioning, and predictive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. It can also be used to identify potential life safety concerns with overloaded electrical systems and components. It’s perfect for snowmelt systems and other heat traced components that cannot be evaluated with the naked eye.
