To achieve this level of excellence, we staff all projects with employees whose primarily responsibility is safety and the implementation of our safety program. Key elements of our safety program include:

- Accident reporting and financials for safety, safety incentive program and management involvement at all levels
Qualified candidates for our safety positions typically have degrees in Occupational Health and Safety or Industrial Engineering with an emphasis in Occupational Health and Safety. Opportunities are also available for individuals who have experience in construction safety, commensurate with a safety-related degree.
