A strong core of engineers and proven engineering principles underpin our organization. Kiewit’s engineers hold significant responsibility, contributing daily to the organization’s overall direction. We employ engineers who possess a wide range of experience and education, the majority of whom typically have majored in Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Mining Engineering.
Our engineers perform a wide variety of duties that contribute to their development and lead to increasing levels of responsibility. Based on the project assignment, our engineers may perform duties in a number of capacities, including project engineer, engineer, engineer-estimator, office engineer and field engineer.
