401(k) Savings Plan
Kiewit’s 401(k) is in the top 2% of company contributions offered in the United States and is unparalleled in the industry.
As part of the plan, Kiewit will contribute up to 10% of your salary to your 401(k) account by:
- Making an annual contribution of 4%
- Matching your weekly contribution dollar-for-dollar up to the first 6% of your weekly salary
All non-manual Kiewit employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following one calendar month of service. You may choose from a diverse set of 12 funds plus a self-directed brokerage to invest your savings portfolio. All contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.
